Canyon Curve Retreat

This is a rare rental: a recent architect-designed house available on a twelve-month lease, furnished. The building curves along the contour of the canyon so that the living room, kitchen and bedrooms all open to the same shaded garden.

The green roof keeps the house cool through Ojai summers and the walls are lined with walnut. A pool sits in the meadow below the house and the canyon trail starts at the gate.

The lease includes weekly garden and pool care. Pets are considered on request. The owners are looking for a tenant who will look after the house as a home, not a party venue.
