Starlit Cove Garden Villa

Built into a slope a short walk from the beach, this villa climbs the hillside in three terraces planted with native sage, lavender and grasses. Wall lights wash the board-marked concrete in warm light at night, and the stairs up from the street are lit step by step.

Inside, the rooms are simple and generous: oak floors, plaster walls and big windows framed in dark bronze. The main living room opens to a covered balcony, and the primary suite on the top floor has its own terrace with a view across the cove.

There is a separate guest suite with its own entrance on the lower level, useful for family visits or a live-in carer. The garden is on drip irrigation and needs little water once established.
