Cliffside House on Point Dume

The house sits on a natural rock shelf at the end of a private lane, so every main room faces the water and none of them faces a neighbour. The upper floor holds four bedrooms behind a continuous glass balustrade; the lower floor is one long living, dining and kitchen space that opens fully to the terrace on warm evenings.

The structure is board-formed concrete with a stone-clad base, chosen for salt air and fire resistance. Deep roof overhangs keep the afternoon sun off the glass, and the house runs on a 19 kW solar array with battery backup.

A stair cut into the rock leads to a small cove that is usable at low tide. The current owners have kept a full set of drawings, permits and maintenance records, which are available to serious buyers on request.
